Fairy floss should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Because of its delicate texture, we do not recommend refrigerating or freezing it.
Our fairy floss is handmade, made fresh to order and sealed in air-tight, food-safe tubs. When kept unopened and stored correctly, it can stay fresh for several weeks.

Yes — we offer Australia-wide Standard and Express shipping. Delivery options are available at checkout so you can choose the best timing for your event.
We always dispatch orders on time, but once shipped, delivery timeframes are controlled by the courier. We recommend allowing extra time where possible, especially for weekend events or public holidays.

Production Lead Time: We require one week’s notice for your order to be prepared and dispatched, excluding delivery time. We recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before your event to allow for stress-free personalised party favours Australia-wide delivery.
Shipping & Couriers: All orders are shipped via Australia Post. While we always dispatch on schedule, delivery timeframes are managed by the courier. Flossty Treats is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other providers once the order has been shipped.
Express Shipping: Express shipping is available at checkout where applicable, however delivery estimates remain subject to Australia Post performance.
Local Pickup: Pick-up is available from Narre Warren South, VIC. Once collected, the order becomes the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for damage caused during transport, handling, heat exposure or incorrect storage after collection.
Fairy Floss Care: Fairy floss is a delicate product; minor shrinkage during shipping is normal and expected. This does not affect the freshness or quality of the product.

Where applicable, design proofs may be provided for approval. Once approval is given, Flossty Treats is not responsible for errors in spelling, colours, dates, names, wording, or other design details approved by the customer.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
Dispatch dates are estimates only. Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timing is managed by the courier and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Customers are encouraged to allow sufficient time between dispatch and their event date.
Some products, including chocolate and other confectionery, may be affected by heat or weather conditions during transit. We take reasonable care in packaging products for shipment, however by placing an order, you acknowledge the risks associated with shipping food products in warm weather. This does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Ingredient information may be provided on request. However, our products may be prepared, packed or handled in environments that also process allergens including dairy, soy, nuts and gluten. Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before ordering for guests with allergies or dietary requirements.
Due to the personalised, custom-made and perishable nature of our products, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has commenced. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including rights relating to damaged, faulty, incorrect or not-as-described goods.

As Flossty Treats products are personalised, custom-made food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please carefully review your flavours, quantities and personalisation details before placing your order.
If your order has not yet entered production, you may request a cancellation and refund. Once work has commenced — including label design, preparation, manufacturing, packaging or dispatch — cancellations and refunds are no longer available.
