Personalised labels or wrappers are included at no extra cost with the applicable product, and every personalised order receives a design proof before printing.

Our product pages feature designs for birthdays, baby events, weddings, religious celebrations and many other occasions. Choose the product displaying your preferred design and provide the wording you would like added.
For a different theme or style, select the relevant product from our Custom Designs collection. We can create a completely custom design to coordinate with your invitation, colours, logo, artwork or event theme at no extra cost.

For custom designs, you can upload an invitation, logo, artwork or reference image where an upload option is available. Please enter the wording exactly as you would like it to appear and include any important design instructions.
Select your quantity, add the product to your cart and complete checkout through our website. The event date entered with your order helps us understand when your products are required.
After receiving your order, we will prepare and share a design proof for your approval before printing. This applies whether you choose an existing design or request a completely custom design.
Check that the name, age, date, message and other wording shown on the proof are correct, then confirm that you are happy for us to proceed.
Once approved, we print and apply the personalised label or wrapper and prepare the products included in your order.
Most personalised orders take approximately one week to prepare and dispatch, excluding shipping time. We recommend ordering at least two weeks before your event.
Standard and Express shipping are available Australia-wide through Australia Post. Local pickup is also available from Narre Warren South, Victoria 3805.
